Art. 1 OUR ASSUMPTIONS
The objective of our commercial activity is to make our Clients fully
satisfied with the cooperation with us. We do everything to make
the price you pay for our services attractive and at the same time,
to make the quality of the received products satisfactory to everyone.
We assume that the Clients, who are satisfied with the quality
of the performed service will recommend us to their friends and
acquaintances, and no advertisement is so efficient as a recommendation
of a person we trust.
Art. 2 ORDERS
Orders are only accepted in writing (fax, e-mail). If you make
an order by e-mail, please use a special form available on our
web site
(each product has its individual form). If you make an order by
fax, it should contain a detailed description of the ordered
product according
to our specification on the web site as well as the complete data
of the ORDERER such as the NIP number (tax identification number),
address, telephone and fax numbers, names of the people involved
in the order as well as the company seal and the legible signature
of the person making the order. After accepting the order we will
contact you in case of any doubts, and finally we will send you
the ultimate design to accept it before we start carrying out
the order.
Art. 3 DESCRIPTION OF ORDER DETAILS AND ANNEXES

Giving the colors we use the PANTONE™ or CMYK pallets, depending
on the printing technique. In case of less demanding requirements
typical descriptions like: dark blue, orange, red, blue etc.
are used;

If the company’s logo is to be included, please attach a display
file of your logo to the order, preferable in the
*cdr, *ai, or *.eps format or, possibly, as *.tif, *.jpg
or *.bmp but at
least
in the
resolution of 300 dpi by the final dimensions.
Art. 4 PAYMENTS
The following forms of payment are available in our company:
• Prepayment by means of a transfer to the bank account
•
credit card.
We start the design-preparation works on
the second day after
receiving the order and it is processed immediately after
we receive the amount paid to our bank account.
Art. 5 TRANSPORT
Depending on the volume and weight of the goods, we use different
forms of shipment. The standard form of shipment is the priority
(1st class) mail. The order is delivered to the client in
Europe within 3 days and in the rest of the world it should be
delivered
within 5 days.
Art. 6 CLAIMS AND COMPLAINTS
Complaints are accepted until the 7th day after the ORDERER
receives the product. The goods are subject to a claim
only if they are
qualified as damaged or inconsistent with the order. In
case of the contractor’s
mistake, Designer assumes an obligation to carry out the
order correctly and free of charge within 7 days from the
day all
the details are
settled with the ORDERER in reference to the complaint.
Should Designer fail to satisfy the claim within the accepted
deadline,
the ORDERER
has the right to demand the money for the faulty product.
